Anevia annonce un indexe égalité femmes-hommes de:


sur la période de référence correspondant à l'année calendaire 2020. L'index est calculé sur la base de 4 indicateurs :

  • L'écart de rémunération femmes-hommes
  • L'écart de taux d'augmentations individuelles
  • Le nombre de salariées augmentées à leur retour de congé de maternité
  • Le nombre de salariés du sexe sous-représenté parmi les 10 plus hautes rémunérations.
